Hosting challenges is a great way to get people involved and make a deposit in the emotional bank account of your athletes in your CrossFit Gym. One of the most successful challenges we’ve hosted at CrossFit COMO is our 30 Day Nutrition Challenge. This program has created thousands of dollars in additional revenue for our gym.

Here are the quick details of the challenge.
The challenge will be a 30 day clean eating/paleo based reset of our body. Our goal is to make this challenge as simple to follow as possible. we will lay out exactly what to eat, how to prepare it, and what foods to avoid. Our goal is to see how improving nutrition can improve your health, body composition and training. To do this, we will be testing a couple of physical benchmarks, taking a few measurements, and logging our nutrition for the entire month.
By registering, you will have access to a variety of resources to keep on track.

To help keep everyone motivated and accountable, we will have a private online support facebook page to walk you through the steps, answer any questions, and keep everyone on track. Coach Mike will serve as the host/moderator for the group and will be presenting the entire nutrition challenge on Sunday, May 18. We run the challenge 3-4 times per year with a $30 sign-up fee and run it for 30 days.
